What to Expect for your pet’s first appointment
↪ All dogs and cats must be leashed or placed in a carrier when entering our facility. Those not safely restrained will not be seen.
↪ Please allow for 60 minutes for your first visit to our veterinary clinic.
↪ It can help expedite your pet’s visit if we have your pet’s veterinary medical records 24 hour prior to your pet’s appointment.
↪ Rabies immunization is required by state and federal law for all small animals. Any pet not current on Rabies immunization will be muzzled (despite how sweet they are) to comply with local laws.
↪ Please bring all medications and supplements to your appointments.
We require a deposit for all new clients, which will be applied to the cost of the exam. The deposit is fully refundable if the pet’s appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Must be done via phone, as email cancellations are not applicable.
